Carbon Grey Contact Lenses

Carbon Grey is a smoky, sophisticated grey with a bit more presence than our more natural sized greys. It's a lens we reach for when we're getting dressed up and want the eyes to look cool and polished.

At 14.5mm the iris looks slightly bigger and bolder, which gives a lovely wide-eyed look in photos without going over the top. The grey is quite deep, so it looks moody indoors and lifts to a softer, lighter shade in daylight. The 40% water content is our standard comfy level for wearing all evening.

Grey contact lenses go with nearly everything, from a black dress to a big chunky jumper. Carbon Grey is great for nights out, weddings, parties and photoshoots, and we like it for winter especially.

Wearing notes

• Smoky eyeshadow in charcoal or taupe matches the grey beautifully.
• On lighter eyes the colour looks clean and silvery. On very dark eyes expect a softer, more muted grey.
• Rub and rinse in fresh solution after each wear and keep them in a clean case.
• Take them out before bed, every single time.
