Delivery Info

At Lensmate we understand that people don't like waiting for their beautiful new coloured contact lenses, and that's why we offer a few delivery options to suit all of our customers. See below for more info.

If you place your order before 2PM on any normal working day, that's Monday to Friday, not including weekends or bank holidays, your order will be dispatched the very same day. Most of our customers opt to upgrade to next day delivery as it's only £1 extra and ensures the fastest delivery possible.

UK Delivery Costs

For orders over £30 we offer 2-3 day delivery for free! You will also have the option to upgrade this to guaranteed Next Day* delivery for £3.99 - this service is provided by Royal Mail.

For orders under £30, there will be a standard delivery charge of £2.99, and again you will have the option to upgrade to guaranteed Next Day* delivery for £3.99.

International Deliveries

We offer international delivery to most countries in the world, and we charge a standard rate of £9.99 for this, regardless of destination. The service is provided and handled by Royal Mail.

Here are some quoted delivery times from Royal Mail:

Europe - 3 to 5 working days
Worldwide - 5 to 7 working days

Late Deliveries

As mentioned above, all of our orders are sent via Royal Mail, and 99.9% of them will always arrive in the stated time period. But of course there will always be exceptions to this, unfortunately.

If your order doesn't arrive in the stated timeframe, please give it a couple of days.

Saturday Deliveries

We don't offer a Saturday delivery service as standard, but for customers who want their lenses urgently when purchasing on a Friday, please reach out to us as early as possible and we'll try to arrange it for you.

This is a guaranteed special service provided by Royal Mail, but it's expensive.
