- 1Wash and dry your hands, then pop the lens on a clean fingertip (or the applicator) and look up as you place it.
- 2Wear them for your day or night out, and always take them out before you go to sleep.
- 3Rub and rinse each lens with fresh solution, then store them in a clean case filled with fresh solution. Never tap water.
- 4Look after them like this and a pair lasts up to 12 months once opened. Swap your case every few months too.
A tip from usSwap the solution in your case every single time and give the case a rinse and air dry. We replace ours every few months, it's the cheapest way to keep lenses feeling fresh.

Our lenses are cosmetic and non-prescription, so they change how your eyes look but don't correct your sight. A few rules we stick to ourselves:
- Wash and dry your hands before touching your lenses.
- Never sleep, swim or shower in them, and never share them.
- Only use fresh contact lens solution, never tap water or spit.
- Take them out straight away if your eyes feel sore, red or blurry, and see an optician if it carries on.
- Lenses with no clear pupil (blackout, blind and some sclera styles) block or blur your vision, so keep them for photos and posing, not driving or busy events.
If you've got any eye conditions, have a quick chat with your optician before trying coloured lenses.
