    About Purple Solar Contact Lenses

    We're not going to pretend Purple Solar is subtle. It's a really bright, punchy purple that makes your eyes the first thing anyone sees, and that's exactly why we love it.

    At 14.2mm it stays close to your natural iris size, so the effect is all about the colour rather than a big-eye look. The 38% water content is our standard comfy level. On blue or grey eyes it glows, and on brown eyes you still get a strong purple, especially outdoors or under a flash. Indoors it deepens slightly towards violet.

    We've worn them for witches, aliens, fairies and anime characters with purple eyes, and they're brilliant for festival and party makeup too. If you want purple contact lenses that really show, this is a good one.

    Styling ideas

    • Gold or bronze eyeshadow makes purple look even brighter.
    • Clear pupil, normal vision.
    • Wash and dry your hands first, and put them in before your makeup.
    • Take them out before you sleep and keep them in fresh solution. They'll last a year.
