Removing contact lenses for the first time doesn't need to be overthought- here are our tips on removing them with ease!
First of all, go to a well-lit room with a mirror. Wash your hands thoroughly with anti-bacterial soap and if your removing reusable contacts, get your contacts lens case ready with sone cleansing solution to pop them into!
Pull down your lower eyelid and with your thumb and fore finger gently pinch the contact lens until it comes off onto your finger.
Put it into the cleansing solution, close the lid and your sorted until next time you use them!
If your wearing disposables, you can put them straight into the bin.
